This is the entry page to the Featured Authors section of the website.
The link to this page (and the Book Reviews page) will appear on the Left Side navigation menu.
On this page will be a list of all the Featured Author Pages.
Once the website visitor enters a Featured Author Page the left category menu will go away and be replaced with a user defined menu that lists all the featured authors.
